NOTE 1:
Workstation concurrency is the
number of workstations that can simultaneously access the network
through an iSentryIII unit without degrading response time
performance.
Hardware
The iSentryIII
Appliance is packaged as a small table top unit measuring 2.5" H x
10.7" D x 11.6" W. The unit is complete with hard drive, two 10/100
Ethernet ports, VGA and keyboard ports. CPU speed and system memory
are sized for
the number of concurrent workstations.
Software
- Custom hardened version of Linux.
- iSentryIII Proprietary application software.
- iSentryIII blocking list and one year's
update subscription is included (except iSOHO model).
- Comprehensive reporting

Subscription
Pricing includes one year's
update subscription (except
iSOHO model). Updates are made bi-weekly and are automatic
with no user intervention required. iSOHO model can have on-demand
updates for $49.95 per update.

Money Back Guarantee
The iSentryIII
products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Product may be
returned within 30 days from date of shipment for a full refund of
the appliance purchase price. Shipping and handling charges will
not be refunded. Prior to return, an RMA number must be obtained
and clearly marked on the outside of the package. To obtain an RMA,
email:
techsupport@firewall-servers.com . Include in the email the
Serial Number from the tag on the bottom of the unit. Product must
be returned freight pre-paid in the original packing box and arrive
undamaged. Refund will be made within three (3) working days after
receipt and inspection and is determined to be in original working
condition and that all supplied accessories have been returned.
